Cars & CEO's is proud to present this exclusive exotic and supercar event in support of Toys for Tots. This will be a gourmet experience unlike anything you've seen before!

Designed for supercar and exotic vehicle aficionados, Exotic Cars For Santa's Little Helpers is an elite event with limited Exhibitor Ticket spaces. In every sense, this is an intimate gathering focused on extreme fun, personal connections, and making a difference.

REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS:

** Choose Exhibitor Tickets or Choose Spectator Ticket

** Exhibitor Tickets comes with a car presentation space and event ticket for the driver. Additional guests must purchase a spectator ticket.
1) Enter the First & Last name of the driver in the Drivers Full Name field. 
2) Enter N/A in the Spectator Full Name field.
3) Enter the 4 digits for the year of your vehicle in the Year of Vehicle field.
4) Enter the make and model of your vehicle in the Make & Model of Vehicle field.

** Spectator Ticket comes with a single ticket of entry. It provides all the same fun event highlights listed under the Exhibitor Ticket with the exception of the exotic / supercar presentation space.
1) Enter N/A in the Drivers Full Name field.
2) Enter First & Last name in the Spectator Full Name field.
3) Enter the 0000 in the Year of Vehicle field.
4) Enter N/A in the Make & Model of Vehicle field.

We are seeking sponsors and vendors, please inquire as this event will receive significant paid social media advertising and exposure.

CHARITY INFORMATION:
Toys for Tots is dedicated to bringing joy to children during the holiday season by providing them with new toys. For years, the organization has made a difference in the lives of children in need, and we at Cars & CEO's are excited to support their mission through this event.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All guests should arrive by 11AM but vehicle entrance will begin at 10:45AM. The lot will be closed at 11:30AM so that staff can attend to their event functions. 

WAIVER:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that attending the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation in the Event.

1. Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Cars & CEO's, Taco Tuesday Taqueria, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while attending or participating in the Event.

2. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cars & CEO's, Taco Tuesday Taqueria, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Treatment:
I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

4. Compliance with Rules:
I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Cars & CEO's and understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the Event.

5. Photography/Video Release:
I grant Cars & CEO's and its agents permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.

By registering for the event I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. All Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
