Driver Only - General Admission for 1 ($100, $250 value)
Driver + Guest - General Admission for 2 ($175, $500 value)

All attendees must preregister. No walk-ins or spectators are permitted.

NON-EXOTIC CAR OWNERS WELCOMED
You don’t need to bring an exotic to be part of the Inner Circle. Join the evening as an Inner Circle guest and experience the same elevated networking, luxury hospitality, and entertainment that define the Cars & CEOs experience.

General admission for non-exotic car owners:
General Admission - Join the region’s most influential night of networking. Includes access to the main event, executive panels, and open networking throughout the evening.

VEHICLE CONSIDERATION
Every vehicle, regardless of brand, must be individually approved for presentation and alignment with the event’s elevated standard. During registration, you’ll be asked to provide your vehicle’s year, make, model, color, and notable modifications. Showcase placement is confirmed upon approval.

PARKING AND SHOW PLACEMENT
Approved vehicles are showcased inside Mizner Park Amphitheater, forming the centerpiece of the event. Guests, media, and partners circulate around your car throughout the evening, it’s not general parking, it’s a curated presentation at the heart of the experience.

• Arrival and Load-In: Use the Mizner Park Amphitheater service entrance on Plaza Real. Check in with an event marshal between 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and early arrivals get best placement.
• Staging and Placement: Vehicles are staged along Plaza Real, then escorted into position inside the amphitheater. Placement is curated for symmetry, lighting, and photography. Please follow marshal instructions.
• Vehicle Movement: No vehicle movement is permitted during event hours. Keys remain with the driver. No revving or demonstrations allowed.
• Clearance and Care: Minimum ground clearance of 3 inches is recommended. 
• Trailers: Trailer unloading is not permitted inside Mizner Park. 
• Guest Parking: Guests not displaying a vehicle may park in any Mizner Park public garage. Standard rates apply.
• Load-Out: Begins at 9:30 PM. Marshals will release rows in sequence for an orderly exit.

EVENT COMMITMENT
Your registration is tied to the vehicle you submit and includes the required admission for each confirmed guest. By registering, you commit to attending the full evening and honoring your confirmed placement. This commitment is essential to preserving the exceptional standard that defines the Inner Circle experience.

COMMUNITY COMMITMENT
Cars & CEOs proudly supports charitable programs that strengthen the South Florida community. Our team contributes privately throughout the year to initiatives focused on youth, mentorship, and education. This is a private Cars & CEOs experience and not a charitable solicitation.

WAIVER
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that attending the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation in the Event.

Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Cars & CEO's, House of Gab, Mizner Park, NobleCon21 and Big Apple Pet Supply, Inc. and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while attending or participating in the Event.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all entities listed above from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Treatment:
I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

Compliance with Rules:
I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event staff and understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the Event.

Photography - Video - Information Release:
I grant Cars & CEO's, House of Gab and NobleCon21 and its agents permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval. I further understand that my registration information will be provided to NobleCon21 and House of Gab.

Acknowledgement:
By registering for the event I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Event is rain or shine.
