Inner Circle at How Ya Dough'n is part of the prestigious Inner Circle - Experiences by House of Gab x Cars & CEO's, a series designed to connect C-Level Executives and entrepreneurs through their shared passion for automotive excellence, refined living and meaningful connections.

COMMITMENT:
There are only 50 FREE Exotic Car Registrations available for this event. By registering, you understand that you are reserving one of a very limited number of curated vehicle placements, and will only sign up if you are 100% certain you can attend. Please note: your registration is tied to the vehicle you listed. Thanks for helping us keep the curation strong.

Registrations who cancel within 24 hours of the event or fail to show will not be eligible for the next Inner Circle event.

WAIVER:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that attending the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation in the Event.

1. Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Cars & CEO's, House of Gab, Brand No. 9, LLC., Big Apple Pet Supply, Inc. How Ya Dough'n, the shopping plaza property and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while attending or participating in the Event.

2. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all entities listed above from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Treatment:
I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

4. Compliance with Rules:
I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event staff and understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the Event.

5. Photography/Video Release:
I grant Cars & CEO's, House of Gab, Brand No. 9, LLC, and its agents permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.

6. Data Sharing & Future Invitations:
By registering for this event, I understand and agree that my registration information may be shared with House of Gab and Brand No. 9, LLC. This data will be used solely for the purpose of communicating future curated events and experiences. Information will be handled respectfully and will never be sold or used for unrelated marketing.

By registering for the event I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. All Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
