PRIVATE EVENT: REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR ENTRY

No walk-ins or spectators will be admitted. All attendees must be registered and approved.

Join us for Exotic Cars For Santa's Little Helpers, a festive morning of exceptional cars, holiday entertainment, specialty coffee and breakfast at The Paddock in West Delray Beach.

We're proud to welcome Marine Toys for Tots as our official toy collection partner, with United States Marines joining us to help bring Christmas to local children.

FILL THE TRUNK. FILL THE FRUNK.
Registration is free, but each participating vehicle must bring a minimum of $150 in new, unwrapped toys for Marine Toys for Tots. The requirement is per vehicle, whether attending alone or with a guest.

Bring more if you'd like. Santa has plenty of cargo space! Toys will be collected directly by Toys for Tots.

Gate and arrival instructions will be provided to approved registrants prior to the event.

VEHICLE APPROVAL & ENTRY
All vehicles are individually reviewed and approved by Cars & CEOs. Each approved registration includes the driver and up to one guest.

Due to limited parking capacity inside The Paddock, some approved vehicles will be directed to designated event parking immediately outside the gates. All approved registrants and their guests will enjoy full access to the event regardless of parking location.

Parking inside The Paddock is limited and is not guaranteed with registration.

All attendees will be checked in and issued wristbands upon arrival. Wristbands are required throughout the event and are non-transferable.

No walk-ins, spectators or unregistered vehicles. Please register only if you intend to attend. If your plans change, notify us promptly.

Want to help make the morning even better? A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available, including holiday entertainment and other event enhancements.

Sponsors receive on-site signage, social media recognition and exposure in Cars & CEOs event communications. VIEW EVENT SPONSORSHIPS

Sponsorships support event production and entertainment and are separate from the Marine Toys for Tots toy collection.

PET POLICY
NO PETS: Due to the nature of the event and the concentration of high-value vehicles, pets are not permitted. Legitimate service animals trained to perform a specific task for an individual with a disability will be accommodated as required by applicable law. Service animals must remain under the handler's control at all times.

WAIVER:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that attending the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury and property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Cars & CEOs, the Condo Owners of The Paddock, the property owners, Big Apple Pet Supply, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliated entities from any and all liability arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury while attending or participating in the Event.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all entities listed above from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event.

Medical Treatment: I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency and understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred.

Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by event staff and understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the Event.

Photography and Video Release: I grant Cars & CEOs permission to use photographs and video recordings taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.

Acknowledgement: By registering for the Event, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.

All registrations are non-transferable. Event is rain or shine.
