Step inside gated automotive vaults for a rare behind the scenes Cars & CEOs exotic car experience in South Florida. This approved vehicle gathering takes place within a private car condo community in West Delray, accessible only through a locked gate and reserved exclusively for approved vehicles and their owners.

Guests will explore a curated collection of privately owned car condos showcasing an exceptional lineup of exotic, supercar, historically significant, and extraordinary vehicles rarely seen outside this setting. The experience includes private access to the property, a full barbecue, refreshments, and curated treats, all hosted within a controlled and respectful environment.

IMPORTANT: There is no cost to register for this event. A forty dollar per vehicle contribution is required upon arrival. This amount is passed through in full to a local youth sports organization that serves children with disabilities as part of Cars & CEOs ongoing community involvement. Cars & CEOs does not retain any portion of this contribution. This experience is a private Cars & CEOs event and is not a fundraiser or charitable solicitation. Entry contributions are handled on site.

Gates open at 11:00 AM

West Delray Beach

The exact location and gate instructions will be provided to approved registrants prior to the event.

PARKING:
Approved vehicles will be staged within the secured property. This location is behind a locked gate and access is strictly controlled. There are no walk ins, no spectators, and no unapproved vehicles. All attendees must arrive in their approved vehicle.

VEHICLE CONSIDERATION:
Every vehicle must be individually approved to align with the experience and setting. During registration, provide the year, make, model, color, and any notable modifications or historical significance. This experience is reserved for exotic vehicles, supercars, historically significant automobiles, and extraordinary or highly modified builds approved at our discretion. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Guests will enjoy private access to the car condo facility, allowing them to explore a collection of secured automotive vaults in a relaxed and curated environment. The afternoon is designed to encourage conversation, connection, and appreciation of exceptional vehicles rather than a traditional car show format.

The experience includes a full barbecue service, refreshments, and curated treats provided on site. This is an intentionally intimate Cars & CEOs gathering focused on quality, access, and atmosphere.

REGISTRATION:
Attendance is strictly limited to preserve the quality of the experience and respect the private property and its owners. Registration is per vehicle. No walk ins or spectators are permitted.

EVENT COMMITMENT:
By registering, you are committing to attend if your vehicle is approved. Please register only if you are certain you can participate. No shows impact access agreements with private property owners and future Cars & CEOs approved vehicle experiences.

COMMUNITY COMMITMENT
Cars & CEOs regularly participates in local community initiatives throughout the year. This experience is a private Cars & CEOs event and is not a fundraiser or charitable solicitation.

WAIVER:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that attending the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury and property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Cars & CEOs, the Condo Owners of The Paddock, the property owners, and Big Apple Pet Supply, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliated entities from any and all liability arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury while attending or participating in the Event.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all entities listed above from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event.

Medical Treatment: I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency and understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred.

Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event staff and understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the Event.

Photography and Video Release: I grant Cars & CEOs permission to use photographs and video recordings taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.

Acknowledgement: By registering for the Event I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. All registrations are non refundable and non transferable. Event is rain or shine.
