• Only pre-approved exotic and historic vehicles with significance are permitted - no exceptions

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Cars & CEOs Showcase Under Stars is an exclusive experience created to celebrate the 2nd Anniversary of Cars Under Stars with our signature curation and high-impact visibility. This rooftop-luxury event blends exotic cars, skyline views, and high-level networking with the bold presence of the Cars & CEOs community

Expect a carefully selected fleet of vehicles in the most prime location of the garage, plus and elevated social experience with access to the Cars & CEOs VIP section at the rooftop bar, our way of making sure our group stays on-brand, connected and seen.

This is not a casual car meet. This is premium positioning at South Florida's most glamorous rooftop automotive celebration.

To mark the occasion, we're offering something special, a luxury sweepstakes exclusively for participants in the Cars & CEOs Showcase. One lucky guest will win a high end prize, revealed the night of the event. Must be registered and present to win.

COMMITMENT: 
Space is extremely limited to 25 qualified vehicles. By registering, you acknowledge your spot is being held and agree to attend without cancellation. No-shows may be ineligible to register for future events.

WAIVER:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that attending the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation in the Event.

1. Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Cars & CEO's, Cars Under Stars, Big Apple Pet Supply, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while attending or participating in the Event.

2. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all entities listed above from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Treatment:
I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

4. Compliance with Rules:
I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event staff and understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the Event.

5. Photography/Video Release:
I grant Cars & CEOs and Cars Under Stars and its agents permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.

By registering for the event I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. All Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
