This private gathering unites C Level executives, entrepreneurs, and automotive connoisseurs for an evening where every detail reflects the prestige of Palm Beach Island. From the moment guests arrive at Salute Ristorante Palm Beach, where ingredients are flown in directly from Italy, the atmosphere is set for an experience as rare as the vehicles in our showcase. PARKING:
Showcase valet is provided for all approved vehicles.
The curated lineup will be staged prominently at the entrance to Salute, creating a striking welcome for guests and passersby. Only pre registered exotic, luxury, or historically significant vehicles will be accepted. The showcase area is closely monitored by visible security.

VEHICLE CONSIDERATION:
Every vehicle, regardless of brand, must be individually approved for presentation and alignment with the event’s elevated standard. During registration you will be asked to provide your vehicle’s year, make, model, color, and notable modifications. All submissions are reviewed and showcase placement will be confirmed upon approval.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Step into Palm Beach's social season with Cars & CEOs Palm Beach Grand Affair, hosted at the acclaimed Salute Ristorante Palm Beach inside the Palm Beach Towers. Known for sourcing ingredients directly form Italy, Salute offers an authentic yet refined taste of the Mediterranean coast, the perfect complement to our signature blend of rare automobiles and influential company.

The evening commences with a one hour welcome reception from 5 to 6 PM on the Salute's covered but open air patio. Guests will enjoy high quality prosecco and a selection of authentic Italian hors d'oeuvres prepared by Salute's culinary team. As the sun sets over the Island, guests will transition inside for an elegant seated dinner surrounded by timeless décor and impeccable service.

DINING EXPERIENCE:
The prix fixe dinner is 135 dollars per person and includes:

Primi Options: 
* Caesar Cardini prepared tableside in the original 1924 style with aged Parmesan and hand whisked dressing
* Fiori di Zucchinelle — crisp zucchini flowers filled with stracciatella and white anchovy, tomato ragu, basil oil

Secondi Options:
* Snow crab ravioli with potato and sheep ricotta in a delicate crustacean jus
* Ora King salmon with melted fennel, blood orange, champagne sauce
* Almond crusted veal filet with celery root purée, caramelized baby bok choy, veal jus

Dolci:
* Crostina with fresh berries and coconut sorbet
* Decadent dark chocolate cake

Beverages outside of the prosecco reception are à la carte and paid individually. Tax and gratuity are additional per venue policy. An evening of this caliber on Palm Beach Island is rarely available for 135 dollars per person. This preferred rate has been arranged exclusively for our Cars & CEOs guests

REGISTRATION:
Attendance is strictly limited to preserve the intimacy and quality of the experience. This is a private, by invitation event. No walk ins or spectators are permitted.

EVENT COMMITMENT:
Your registration is tied to the vehicle you submit and includes the required prix fixe dinner at Salute for 135 dollars per person. By registering you are committing to attend the full evening including dinner and to honor your confirmed placement. Please register only if you are completely certain you can attend. This commitment is essential to preserving the exceptional standard that defines the Cars & CEOs experience. If for any reason you cannot attend, please understand that no-shows will incur a $50 per person charge. This represents only a partial amount of the restaurant’s cost per guest and ensures we honor our commitment to the venue.

COMMUNITY COMMITMENT
Cars & CEOs proudly supports charitable programs that strengthen our South Florida community. Our team contributes privately throughout the year to initiatives focused on youth, mentorship, and education. This event is a private Cars & CEOs experience and is not a charitable solicitation.

WAIVER:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that attending the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation in the Event.

Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Cars & CEO's, Salute Ristorante Palm Beach, Palm Beach Towers and Big Apple Pet Supply, Inc. and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while attending or participating in the Event.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all entities listed above from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Treatment:
I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

Compliance with Rules:
I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event staff and understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the Event.

Photography/Video Release:
I grant Cars & CEO's and Salute Ristorante Palm Beach and its agents permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.

Acknowledgement:
By registering for the event I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. All Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
