PARKING:
Secured showcase valet is included for all approved vehicles.
Only pre-registered exotic, rare, or historic vehicles will be accepted into the curated valet lineup directly at the event entrance. The showcase area is monitored by visible security cameras.

VEHICLE CONSIDERATION:
Only 20 vehicles will be accepted for this highly curated showcase.
Every vehicle, regardless of brand must be individually approved based on presentation and alignment with the event’s standard.

During registration, you’ll be required to enter your vehicle’s year, model, color, and any modifications. All submissions will be reviewed, and placement will be confirmed upon approval.

This event is limited to truly standout exotic, luxury, or historically significant vehicles only.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Join us for Cars & CEOs Palm Beach Experience, a refined evening curated for C-Level Executives, business owners, and automotive connoisseurs. We begin with secured showcase vehicle placement on Worth Avenue, followed by a short walk to BrickTop’s Palm Beach for a seated cocktail reception and hors d’oeuvres, fully sponsored by Edward Jones Wealth Management. From there, guests will enjoy another short walk to BiCE Palm Beach for a seated dinner in one of the city’s most elegant dining rooms.

DINING EXPERIENCE:
Dinner at BiCE is a required part of this experience.
• Prix fixe menu is $95 per person and includes appetizer, entrée, and dessert
• Drinks available à la carte
• Dinner is paid directly to BiCE at the conclusion of the meal
• Tax and gratuity are additional

REGISTRATION:
Attendance is strictly limited to 35 guests and 20 showcase vehicles.
This is a private event. Only pre-registered guests will be admitted.
No walk-ins or spectators permitted.

COMMITMENT:
This event is intentionally limited to 35 attendees and 20 showcase vehicles.
Your registration is tied to the vehicle you submit and includes a required prix fixe dinner at BiCE Palm Beach for $95 per person. By registering you are committing to attend the full experience including dinner and honoring your confirmed placement.  Please only register if you are 100% certain you can attend, as this helps us maintain the exceptional standard that defines Cars & CEOs.

WAIVER:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that attending the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation in the Event.

Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Cars & CEOs, Edward Jones, Dean Maragos, BiCE and Big Apple Pet Supply, Inc. and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while attending or participating in the Event.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all entities listed above from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Treatment:
I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

Compliance with Rules:
I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event staff and understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the Event.

Photography/Video Release:
I grant Cars & CEOs, Edward Jones, Dean Maragos and its agents permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.

Acknowledgement:
By registering for the event I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. All Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
