An Elegant Holiday Luncheon Benefitting Toys for Tots

Step into the holiday season with the Annual Cars & CEOs Toys for Tots Luncheon, reimagined in grand style for 2025. This year, we gather on the exclusive covered deck at Seasons 52, overlooking the sparkling lake and reserved entirely for our guests. Linen-draped tables, holiday décor, and an atmosphere of refined celebration set the stage for one of the most elegant exotic car events of the season.

This private luncheon brings together C-Level executives, entrepreneurs, and exotic car collectors for a holiday occasion where every detail has been elevated. From the curated showcase of vehicles displayed directly at the restaurant entrance, to the champagne toast honoring Toys for Tots, to an amuse-bouche created by Executive Chef Damian Wright, and a full three course holiday menu.

PARKING:
The curated exotic showcase will be staged directly in front of Seasons 52, creating an elegant holiday lineup of rare vehicles. Only pre-registered exotic, luxury, or historically significant vehicles will be accepted.

VEHICLE CONSIDERATION:
Every vehicle, regardless of brand, must be individually approved for presentation and alignment with the event’s elevated standard. During registration you will be asked to provide your vehicle’s year, make, model, color, and notable modifications. All submissions are reviewed and showcase placement will be confirmed upon approval.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Guests will be welcomed with a Champagne Toast courtesy of Seasons 52 Partner Carolina Zerboni, accompanied by a special amuse-bouche created by Executive Chef Damian Wright to honor the occasion. 

The afternoon continues with a three-course Signature Holiday Lunch arranged exclusively for Cars & CEOs guests at the preferred rate of $43 per person. Guests will enjoy:
* Signature Flatbreads for the table with two selections from four choices
* Choice of entrée: Seasons 52 Signature Cedar Plank Salmon, Rotisserie Half Chicken, or Wood-Grilled Tenderloin Salad (vegetarian or vegan option is available)
* Mini Indulgence Desserts Selection
* Coffee, tea and soft drinks included
Guests may add a fourth course of soup or salad for $7 as an upgrade

To complete the experience, live holiday entertainment will set the mood, bringing an added touch of festivity and elegance to the luncheon.

This holiday experience has been arranged exclusively for our community and represents an extraordinary value for an event of this caliber.

REGISTRATION:
Attendance is strictly limited to preserve the intimacy and elegance of this event. Registration is per person and charity-inclusive. No walk ins or spectators are permitted.

COMMITMENT:
Your registration is tied to the vehicle you submit and includes the required three course luncheon at Seasons 52 for $43 dollars per person. By registering you are committing to attend with your approved vehicle and to join us for the full luncheon experience. Please register only if you are completely certain you can attend as this commitment is essential to preserving the elegance of the showcase, fulfills our commitment to the restaurant, and ensures the charitable success of this holiday event.

CHARITY BENEFICIARY
This event proudly benefits Toys for Tots - Palm Beach Chapter, part of the Marine Corps' nationally recognized program that has brought holiday joy to millions of children for over 75 years. 

At Exotics at the Lake, 80% of every registration fee ($24 per person) directly supports Toys for Tots, ensuring local children in need experience the joy of the holiday season. In addition, as we join forces with Seasons 52, guests are invited to bring an optional unwrapped gift to the luncheon. All presents collected will be picked up directly from the event and distributed by Toys for Tots to children in need this holiday season.

WAIVER:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that attending the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation in the Event.

Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Cars & CEOs, Seasons 52, the shopping plaza property, and Big Apple Pet Supply, Inc. and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while attending or participating in the Event.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all entities listed above from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Treatment:
I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

Compliance with Rules:
I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event staff and understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the Event.

Photography/Video Release:
I grant Cars & CEOs and Seasons 52 and its agents permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.

Acknowledgement:
By registering for the event I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. I further understand that all registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and that the event will take place rain or shine.
