An Elegant Holiday Luncheon Celebrating the Season of Giving

Step into the holiday season with the Annual Cars & CEOs Holiday Luncheon, reimagined in grand style for 2025. We gather on the exclusive covered deck at Seasons 52, overlooking the sparkling lake, and reserved entirely for our guests. Linen draped tables, holiday décor, and an atmosphere of refined celebration set the stage for one of the most elegant exotic car events of the season.

IMPORTANT: Registration is just $15 per person and supports Cars & CEOs event production and annual community initiatives. The required three course luncheon at Seasons 52 is $43 per person, paid directly to the restaurant. Optional fourth course of soup or salad is available for $7.

PARKING:
The curated exotic showcase will be staged directly in front of Seasons 52, creating an elegant holiday lineup of rare vehicles. Only pre registered exotic, luxury, or historically significant vehicles will be accepted.

VEHICLE CONSIDERATION:
Every vehicle must be individually approved for presentation and alignment with the event’s elevated standard. During registration provide year, make, model, color, and notable modifications. All submissions are reviewed and showcase placement will be confirmed upon approval.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Guests are welcomed with a Champagne Toast courtesy of Seasons 52 Partner Carolina Zerboni, accompanied by a special amuse bouche created by Executive Chef Damian Wright to honor the occasion.

The afternoon continues with a three course Signature Holiday Lunch arranged exclusively for Cars & CEOs guests at the preferred rate of $43 per person. Guests will enjoy:

• Signature flatbreads for the table, two selections from four options
• Choice of entrée: Cedar Plank Salmon, Rotisserie Half Chicken, or Wood Grilled Tenderloin Salad. Vegetarian or vegan option available
• Mini Indulgence dessert selection
• Coffee, tea, and soft drinks included

Guests may add a fourth course of soup or salad for $7 as an upgrade.

Live holiday entertainment will set the mood, bringing an added touch of festivity and elegance to the luncheon. This holiday experience has been arranged exclusively for our community and represents an extraordinary value for an event of this caliber.

REGISTRATION:
Attendance is strictly limited to preserve the intimacy and elegance of this event. Registration is per person. No walk ins or spectators are permitted.

EVENT COMMITMENT:
The $15 per person registration supports Cars & CEOs event production and our annual community commitment initiatives. It is separate from the required three course luncheon at Seasons 52, which is $43 per person and paid directly to the restaurant at the event.

By registering, you are committing to attend with your approved vehicle and to join us for the full luncheon experience. Please register only if you are certain you can attend. This commitment preserves the elegance of the showcase, honors our obligation to the restaurant, and ensures the continued success of this holiday event.

If you cannot attend, no shows will incur a $50 per person charge. This represents the restaurant’s cost per guest and ensures we honor our commitment to the venue.

COMMUNITY COMMITMENT
Cars & CEOs proudly supports local charitable programs throughout the year, including holiday toy initiatives that bring joy to children and families in South Florida. Guests are welcome to bring an optional unwrapped toy. This event is a private Cars & CEOs experience and is not a charitable solicitation.

WAIVER:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that attending the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury and property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation in the Event.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Cars & CEOs, Seasons 52, the shopping plaza property, and Big Apple Pet Supply, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliated entities from any and all liability arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury while attending or participating in the Event.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all entities listed above from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event.

Medical Treatment: I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency and understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred.

Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event staff and understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the Event.

Photography and Video Release: I grant Cars & CEOs and Seasons 52 permission to use photographs and video recordings taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.

Acknowledgement: By registering for the Event I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. All registrations are non refundable and non transferable. Event is rain or shine.
