CHARITY INFORMATION:
Miracle League of Palm Beach County believes “Every Child Deserves to Play Baseball”. For over 10 years, the Miracle League Association has made it possible for children all over the country with physical and mental disabilities to achieve the same dream as their healthy peers – to play ball. We at Cars & CEO's have supported this great organization for many years when we were a race event production company. We are thrilled to continue to support them.

WAIVER:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that attending the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation in the Event.

1. Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Cars & CEO's, First Watch, Cobblestone Commons, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while attending or participating in the Event.

2. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cars & CEO's, First Watch, Cobblestone Commons, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Treatment:
I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

4. Compliance with Rules:
I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Cars & CEO's and understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the Event.

5. Photography/Video Release:
I grant Cars & CEO's and its agents permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.

By registering for the event I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. All Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
