Cars & CEO's proudly presents Exotic Cars & Whiskey Gala , where we welcome Supercars, Exotic Cars, Hyper Cars, Luxury Cars, Classic Cars, Muscle Cars, Race Cars and Custom Cars.

Each Paid Donation Ticket includes a complimentary Batch Glass, Mini Whiskey Bottle and a whopping 20% off the bill for any additional delicious food and drink orders, including their incredible chef inspired southern foods.

After greeting each other in the parking area we will be headed to Batch New Southern Kitchen where a large bar and outside covered patio area will be waiting for us. However, for this event we will have a Whiskey expert providing an educational presentation and special flights of unique Whiskey. Even if you don't love Whiskey it will be a learning experience.

Adding to the atmosphere, DJ music will add to the event energy, keeping the beats high and the passion flowing.

** Exhibitor Tickets comes with a car presentation space and event ticket for the driver. Additional guests must register for a spectator ticket.

3) Enter the 4 digits for the year of your vehicle in the Year of Vehicle field.
4) Enter the make and model of your vehicle in the Make & Model of Vehicle field.

** Spectator Ticket comes with a single ticket of entry. It provides all the same fun event highlights listed under the Free Exhibitor Ticket with the exception of the car presentation space.

CHARITY INFORMATION:
Boca West Children's Foundation is dedicated to identifying and funding projects to assist at-risk children and their families in Palm Beach County. Initiated in 2010, the foundation has fed, clothed, provided medical and dental services, kept abuse shelters open, sent at-risk children to summer camp and much more. We at Cars & CEO's are proud to help fund their cause!

WAIVER:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that attending the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation in the Event.

1. Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Cars & CEO's, Batch New Southern, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while attending or participating in the Event.

2. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cars & CEO's, Batch New Southern, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Treatment:
I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

4. Compliance with Rules:
I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Cars & CEO's and understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the Event.

5. Photography/Video Release:
I grant Cars & CEO's and its agents permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.

By registering for the event I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. All Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
