All approved vehicles will be paled in the secured VIP valet lot. Exotic cars will receive pole position.

PARKING:
VIP valet is included for all registered guests.
Approved exotic and historic vehicles will be placed together in a secured, curated valet showcase located adjacent to the restaurant. Look for Cars & CEOs feather flags at the valet entrance to confirm your placement.

VEHICLE CONSIDERATION:
Don't have an exotic but feel your car belongs? 
Select "Other - Rare of Historical Vehicle" when registering, and complete the Rare or Historical Vehicle Justification section.
All entries are reviewed quickly for approval prior to the event.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Join us for Cars & CEOs: La Notte Italiana, a refined evening experience created for C-Level Executives, business leaders, and enthusiasts of elevated taste. This private event blends the world of exotic cars with the charm of classic Italian hospitality, all within an intimate indoor setting reserved exclusively for our guests.

DINING EXPERIENCE:
Your registration includes prosecco, appetizers, entertainment, and valet. Entrées are just $39, thanks to exclusive pricing arranged by Cars & CEOs, and are paid directly to the restaurant during the event.

REGISTRATION:
Tickets are $30 per person. Attendance is strictly limited to 60 guests.
This is a private event. Only pre-registered guests will be admitted. No walk-ins or spectators permitted.

PLEASE NOTE:
All registrations are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Please only register if you are fully committed to attending. Your ticket secures a space in a highly curated experience and cannot be transferred, credited or refunded.

COMMITMENT:
There are only 60 guest spots available for this event. By registering, you are reserving one of a very limited number of curated placements. Please only sign up if you are 100% certain you can attend. Please note: your registration is tied to the vehicle you listed. Thanks for helping us keep the curation strong.

WAIVER:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that attending the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation in the Event.

1. Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Cars & CEO's, Le Sorelle Restaurant, Big Apple Pet Supply, Inc., Royal Palm Place and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while attending or participating in the Event.

2. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all entities listed above from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Treatment:
I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

4. Compliance with Rules:
I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event staff and understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the Event.

5. Photography/Video Release:
I grant Cars & CEO's, Le Sorelle and its agents permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.

6. Acknowledgement:
By registering for the event I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. All Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
